• obtain all governmental approvals applicable to their jurisdiction;

• comply with food safety regulations;
• comply with quarantine requirements;
• comply with plant health regulations where applicable;
• maintain valid payment arrangements;
• promptly communicate any changes affecting the transaction;
• cooperate in documentation requirements.

Failure to fulfil these responsibilities may result in delays, suspension, cancellation, additional costs, or termination of the transaction without liability on the part of the Company.
